ANNOUNCEMENT: Regarding Non-authentic Products and Counterfeits

Firstly, EverEV Joint Stock Company would like to sincerely thank our valued customers, dealers, and collaborators for their trust and support throughout our journey.

EverEV is an MSP – Mobility Service Provider and a CPO – Charge Point Operator, operating a network of electric vehicle charging stations, providing  software, distributing and installing AC electric car chargers, fast chargers, and super-fast chargers in the Vietnamese market. Since 2023, EverEV has also been an authorized distributor of Star Charge in Vietnam.

At present, EverEV and Star Charge branded electric vehicle charging products distributed by our company have become well-known among customers and businesses nationwide.

However, recently there have been other organizations and individuals in the market offering products that resemble EverEV and Star Charge branded chargers. Some have even produced counterfeit products and falsely claimed to be the official distributors of Star Charge, with the intent of exploiting customers’ trust. This has caused confusion and has a significant impact on the interests of customers as well as the reputation and image of our company.

To avoid purchasing non-authentic and counterfeit products and to safeguard your rights, we kindly request that you take note of the following:

• All products distributed by EverEV bear the EverEV or Star Charge logos.

• Products distributed by EverEV come with complete invoices, certificates of origin (C/O), factory production certificates (C/Q), warranty certificates, etc. Star Charge products are globally insured for up to 5 million EURO (with accompanying notifications) and utilize genuine control software.

• If customers do not purchase genuine products from us or our authorized EverEV dealers, we will not be responsible for warranty claims or technical support during usage. These products also do not qualify for the global insurance benefits provided by the manufacturer and our company.
